This is a big frame designed for L to XL size heads. With a lens width of 53mm, there’s ample space for your prescription whether it’s single vision or multifocal. CAN YOU FIT MY PRESCRIPTION?
Yes, we can fit your prescription lenses. However, if you would like to have lenses fitted elsewhere just select "frame only" while ordering.
UK customers: the frame is shipped prior to lens fitting for try-on.
Once satisfied the frame suits, send it back for lens fitting using the free returns label provided.
Customers outside of the UK: lenses are normally fitted prior to shipment. However, as prescription lenses are non-refundable you may prefer to have lenses fitted locally. Therefore, just select "frame only" when ordering your glasses.
OUTSIDE THE UK?
International shipping costs £12.95 GBP.This is a tracked delivery service by Royal Mail. Can take up 14 working days to be delivered.
International returns are made at your own expense and must be marked as “return for refund” for customs & duty purposes.
Failure to do so may result in a reduced refund total. Items must be returned within 14days of delivery.

During our shop-opening, you can get free 'standard' varifocal or single-vision lenses with your frame. (These are from our Lite Range.)
If you have a strong prescription, we'll even provide complimentary lens thinning.
Plus anti-glare and anti-scratch coatings.
*Essilor branded lenses are not included in this offer.

How does lens fitting work?
You have two options;
Home try-on
1. Order your frame
2. We send the frame to you
3. You return the frame for lens fitting (or refund)
4. We fit your lenses & send your frame back

3. We send your frame, ready to wear
(Pre-fits are non-refundable.)
If you're based outside the UK, the 'pre-fit' option is much faster as it saves any back and forth shipping. Plus, you'll save up to $69 from your order by reducing courier carbon and wasted demo lenses.
Can I try the glasses at home first?
Select the 'lenses later' option.
This means your frame will be sent with demo lenses and not your prescription.
After confirming you love your new frame, we'll fit your lenses later.
But... you can save up to £29.95/$69, when we 'pre-fit' your lenses before we ship your order.
This quicker option makes your order non-returnable.
Home-Try on orders will be subject to non-refundable shipping fees.

Can you fit my lenses first?
Yes, we can fit your prescription lenses BEFORE we send the frame to you.
As a reward, you'll save £31.95/$93+ free worldwide shipping (tax & duty included on eligible international orders).
Ideal for getting your order more quickly or if you're based overseas.
Pre-fit orders are non-refundable.

Do I need a recent eye test?
No - place your order to secure the frame you want before it sells-out or before the shop closes again.
Get your eyes tested later.
Once you're ready, email us your new prescription and we'll fit your lenses.
(This can be can be any time after our shop closes.)
How long does lens fitting take?
We start making prescription lenses the day/s after our shop closes.
If you opt for pre-fitted lenses here's a timeline;
- Single vision 5-7 working days
- Varifocal (Progressives) 7-12 working days
What if the glasses don't suit me?
Totally understandable.
If your new frame just isn't 'the one' you're welcome to return your it for a refund or exchange.
Do I get a frame-case?
Yes, all our frames come with a complimentary protective case and microfibre cleaning cloth.
These cases are black in colour, soft-lined and use a space saving fold-flat design which can be easily stored inside a bag, rucksack or car glovebox.
HSA/FSA & health insurance
USA: Pay for eligible prescription eyewear using your HSA/FSA card at checkout (via Gale). You’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity and fully itemised receipt within 24 hours. Learn more.
Outside the USA: If you intend to claim your glasses through your health insurance, we can provide a fully itemised receipt for your purchase. Just get in touch after ordering.
