If you have a strong prescription, we'll even provide lens thinning.
Plus anti-glare and anti-scratch coating.
How does lens fitting work?
You have two options;
Home try-on
1. Order your frame
2. We send the frame to you
3. You return the frame for lens fitting (or refund)
4. We fit your lenses & send your frame back

2. We make your lenses & fit them to your frame
3. We send your frame, ready to wear
(Pre-fits are non-refundable.)
If you're based outside the UK, the 'pre-fit' option is much faster as it saves any back and forth shipping. Plus, you'll save £25/$30 off your order by reducing courier carbon and wasted demo lenses.
Can I try the glasses at home first?
Select the 'lenses later' option.
This means your frame will be sent with demo lenses and not your prescription.
After confirming you love your new frame, we'll fit your lenses later.
But... for £25 off, we can 'pre-fit' your lenses before we ship your order.
This quicker option makes your order non-returnable.
Free Worldwide shipping
If you choose "Free Worldwide Shipping" your order will ship via 'Royal Mail International Tracked' service.
Free shipping option: EU customers may be subject to import Duties.
You can upgrade to a faster courier service via UPS, for speedy international shipping.
With UPS shipping, VAT and Duty are included. You pay nothing extra.
Can you fit my lenses first?
Yes, we can fit your prescription lenses BEFORE we send the frame to you.
As a reward, we'll take £25 off your total order.
Ideal for getting your order more quickly or if you're based overseas.
Pre-fits are non-refundable.
Do I need a recent eye test?
Nope.
Order to secure your free lenses.
You can get your eyes tested later.
When you're ready, email us your new prescription and we'll fit your lenses.
How long does lens fitting take?
We start making prescription lenses the day/s after our shop closes.
If you opt for pre-fitted lenses here's a timeline;
- Single vision 5-7 working days
- Bifocal 10-14 working days
- Varifocal 10-14 working days
What if the glasses don't suit me?
Totally understandable.
If your new frame just isn't 'the one' you're welcome to return your it for a refund or exchange.
Do I get a frame case?
Yes, all our frames come with a complimentary protective case and microfibre cleaning cloth.
These cases are black in colour, soft-lined and use a space saving fold-flat design which can be easily stored inside a bag, rucksack or car glovebox.
